The youngest of the five Itsutsu siblings, and therefore the least experienced, Chisoku prefers to follow an order from another member of the five rather than take intiative. He is very up-front and, unlike his siblings, has no qualms with confronting an enemy directly rather than through his underlings.
History
Chisoku and his four siblings were born and raised in Japan. They learned English and, after amassing moderate power in various business sectors of Japan, formed the Itsutsu Five. However, Kengen was opposed to the five's evil nature and joined the League of Salvation, a betrayal Skkari made sure that the other siblings would never forget.
